UPM, Serdang –Self Defense Arts Carnival (BELLA) was held on 21-23 Mei 2013 at the Main Hall of Arts and Culture Centre, Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah UPM Serdang. Among of the activities of the program are exhibition, forum, silat demonstration, wushu, taekwondo and silambam, also booth sales  and arts and cultural performances.

For forum slot, the invited speaker are Hon. Tan Sri Omar Din Mauju, founder of Silat Mercurial Arts Association Malaysia and  Master Saiful Hamiruzzaman Mohd Hazir,Coordinator of Self Defense Arts World Federation (WMAF).The program is graced by Hon. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shatar Sabran, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Students Affairs and Alumni UPM.
