Function and Roles

 

Function

Up to now (2020) there are two (2) main sections that operate in managing and administering travel and corporate governance as well as arts and cultural activities in PKKSSAAS namely:

       1. ADMINISTRATION AND CORPORATE SECTION

        The main role of this section is to govern the Human Resource Management,
        Human Resource Development, including training, governance and financial 
        management of the governance of the records in PKKSSAAS

1. a) Management and Technical

         A subsection of Section Administration and Corporate whose role:

• Manage booking of infrastructure of Great Hall, Experimental Theatre,Foyer of the Hall and Cultural Services.
  
  
• Responsible for the maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, electrical and technical equipment at PKKSSAAS and work preparation for any activity that takes place in the Great Hall or the Experimental Theatre.
  
  
• Managing publicity and image through various forms of publicity and image whether announcements in the website, brochures, flyers, banners, and so on, manage PKKSSAAS website and is responsible for recording photos for PKKSSAAS and programs organized by UPM for reporting purposes

 

1. b) Implementation and Operations
   
   

        A unit under section Corporate Governance and directly involved under 
        Subsection Technical Management and indirectly involved also under Culture
        and the Arts Section in which the role of this unit are:

• Assist in work preparation for any event in the Great Hall or the Experimental Theatre.
   
• Help maintenance of the hall, musical instruments and off-loading musical instruments etc.
  
  
• Help in publicity photo shoot work and administrative work and management board’s order
  
  2. CULTURE AND ARTS SECTION

        The second main section in organization of PKKSSAAS whose role are:

• Managing cultural services for reservation of any activity either internal booking and reservation of the University or outside of the University.
  
  
• To manage the implementation and maintenance of musical instruments studio
  
  
• Build 'trend' or 'trendsetter' for a reference, lead and seize opportunities in the competitive ranking of individuals, groups and arts and culture organizations in the arts and culture and documentation.
  
  
• Generate creative ideas for new and innovative in the promotion of art and culture in PKKSSAAS.
  
  
• Designing and implementing the show, creating clubs of culture and arts and boost the quality and quantity of performances in PKKSSAAS as well as providing advice and expertise and creating the apprentice of stage arts performers.
